Super Bowl Buffet:
The key for a solid Super Bowl meal is variety in tastes. For this reason it is essential to plan out the meal before hand, and make sure you have room throughout the game to activate your tastes buds with a vast array of flavors; it’s a rookie mistake to load up on the first dish that is brought out. As far as food that should be consumed I will give you the quick top foods I think you should have at your Super Bowl party.
1. Chips and dip
This is a no brainer for any social gatherings, it is a match made in heaven. Some nice crispy chips and salsa are a must have, in addition another dip or two to round out the squad. Maybe some 7 layer dip action or a nice buffalo chicken dip can really crank that party up another level.
2. Pigs in a Blanket
Real sleeper pick here, but a lovable contributor. Pigs in a blanket are cuteness, functionality, and great taste all wrapped into one…. See what I did there? Seriously though these little guys pack a punch and it’s easy to fall in the trap of eating to much but you have to save from for optimal buffet experience.
3. Chicken Wings
Classic. Get whatever sauce makes you happy, it’s really hard to mess this one up though. It just works.
One of the greatest creations in the culinary world. The possibilities are endless for calzones. You can get all types of meats, veggies, and cheeses stuffed in there, and no matter what it’s going to taste really good. It may be tough to take down a lot of pieces due to the density of this dish, but I advise you to make the order anyways because if you don’t have too on Sunday much you can have lunch for the next week.
I hope this list is solid, I obviously know I left stuff off, but feel free to explore all types of options for your own Super Bowl meal.
